To show this home we need to see your full credit report, proof of income and references. We are not able to rent to roommates or groups.
Children are very welcome, however there are some dangerous places nearby (pits under the outbuildings, pastured cattle, etc.) that parents need to consider. With young children we would need a 'Hold Harmless' agreement.
Pets will be considered, with a month's non-refundable deposit for each pet, whether indoors or not, including cats. Dogs must not be allowed to interfere with the cattle on the adjoining land.
A Bed & Breakfast use for the property would suit the house's configuration well, too.
Every tenant who has lived here has loved the home! We would consider asking them to speak with you if you qualify for tenancy.
